Shipping Information
Books are delivered through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) service, which allows for worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on the destination and are generally within the following ranges:
- North America: 5 to 7 business days
- South America: 8 to 12 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 5 to 7 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and can vary depending on factors such as customs processing or local delivery conditions.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- $10 for 1 book
- $7 for 2 books
- Free for 3 or more books
These shipping costs apply to our orders and may differ from Amazon’s direct orders.
Returns and Refunds
We can only accept returns and issue refunds if the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and a photo of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
